- Verify that that you have taken steps to assure that all of your property (real estate, personal belongings, financial accounts, etc.) will be disposed of outside of probate and that such designations are accurate.
- Verify that your fiduciaries- Will personal representative/executor, power of attorney agents, and trustees are alive and accurate.
- Verify that everything that is supposed to be in a trust is renamed to the trust.
