Mr. Kelly graduated cum laude from Wayne State University Law School in Detroit, Michigan, in 1990. He is a member of the State Bar of Arizona, actively participating in its Elder Law, Mental Health & Special Needs Planning, and Probate & Trust Law Sections. Additionally, he is a member of the Maricopa County Bar Association.
As a Certified Practitioner in Individual and Small Business Taxation and a Certified Tax Consultant, Mr. Kelly brings advanced knowledge to his estate planning practice, ensuring tax-efficient strategies for his clients.
Mr. Kelly integrates his extensive background in business law into his estate planning practice. He is also a trained civil mediator, with advanced training in civil and probate mediation, offering his skills to resolve disputes effectively.
Dedicated to giving back to the community, Mr. Kelly has volunteered his time at free legal events hosted by the Area Agency on Aging and the State Bar of Arizona, assisting those in need.
Michael is married to Mary. Together, they have three children:

- Michael: Senior Buyer at Nordson
- Richard: U.S. Navy Submariner Veteran and Manager at Watlow Electric Manufacturing Co.
In his free time, Michael enjoys skiing, hiking, and playing guitar.
