Attorney Michael G. Kelly takes a client centered approach to the practice of law in which he applies his more than 29 years of experience in law and business to focus on serving the best interests of clients. He does this by providing effective Estate Planning, Probate, Long-term Disability Planning, Special Needs Planning, Trust Administration, and Tax Planning at affordable rates.
Mr. Kelly graduated cum laude from Wayne State University Law School in Detroit, Michigan in 1990. He is a member of the State Bar of Arizona and the State Bar of Michigan.He is also a member of the Elder Law, Tax Law, Mental Health and Special Needs Planning, Probate and Trust Law, and Real Property Law Section of the State Bar of Arizona. Mr. Kelly is a volunteer for free legal events hosted by the Area Agency On Aging and State Bar of Arizona.
Mr. Kelly is a member of the Maricopa County Bar Association. He is a civil mediator, with advanced probate mediation training. Mr. Kelly is VA accredited and handles planning and appeals for Veterans. He is a volunteer for the American Bar Association VCAN program which offers free legal assistance to qualified Veterans.
Mr. Kelly is married to Mary and has three children (Elizabeth-managed care pharmacist Liz Saltzman Inc., Michael -senior buyer at Nordson, and Richard- U.S. Navy Submariner Veteran- full-time MBA student at University of Arizona ). He enjoys skiing and hiking.
